Helpy is a free, non-commercial project. No VAT identification number is held. Voluntary donations ("Buy me a coffee") go through PayPal and don't buy any goods or services.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Liability for content

The content of this website was created with care. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under § 7 (1) DDG and general laws. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to look for circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected; liability for this is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. When we learn of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.
